Mary Macgyver

From my very first conversation with Mary, she knew what I was looking for. I didn't think I knew, but she knew. I picked out 5 homes I wanted to see in one day, one was not available, so Mary picked another one for me and that was the one I ended up buying. I'm starting to cry as I write this because from the moment I walked into the front door of my new home, everything about it was perfect. During the next two months, Mary made herself available to me every step of the way. She answered my every question, responded to my every text message and email and due to her vast knowledge in the process of buying and selling homes, she helped all the entities involved move things along. The Mortgage Company that I worked with had all great things to say about Mary, the Title company thinks the world of her, my Homeowners Association has all positive things to say about her. The Home Inspection Company and the Roof Inspector compliment her work. Virtually everyone that she talks with in the buying and selling process gives her an unsolicited glowing review. She listens and takes the time to do whatever it takes to find you the home you want. Mary goes above and far beyond my expectations of a realtor's duties. She jumps through all the hoops you have to jump through to make the sale happen. She is on your side every step of the way and is in my opinion, the best realtor I've ever worked with.
