Mary Lynn is a dream realtor who helped me find my dream home in the competitive Orlando market. She spent a good amount of time on the front end to uncover exactly what I was looking for from neighborhood to price to size to style and sent me recommended listings in a timely manner. When visiting homes, I never felt pressured, but Mary Lynn was listening to what I liked and didn’t like and adjusted her recommendations based on preferences I didn’t even realize I had. And the tours were always fun. She was a pleasure to work with! Mary Lynn was always quick to set up viewings so I didn’t miss an opportunity and during property viewing she would point out things that I didn’t notice – the good, the bad, and the ugly. When I did find the home I loved, she was quick to submit my offer, she worked well and quickly with the seller’s agent and my lender to ensure my interests were protected and considered during the entire process. I cannot recommend Mary Lynn highly enough if you are looking for a home. She is my realtor of choice, and I would use her again without hesitation.
