We worked with ML over a 2.5 yr. period; she was knowledeablle, helpful, and supportive. She brought many qualifed potential buyers, but just never the one who had to have it. Finally, when we were taking a break from the process to decide whether to come up with Plan B, she brought two potenital buyers. We received two offers, and accepted the second one. Closing was a lenghty expereince, about 4 months between contract signing and closing, and she was helpful throughout.
