Mary Lou Summy

I purchased a home from Mary Lou in 1997. She had met with me a few times and was very helpful in gathering my information on what type of house I wanted, and what I could afford. She showed me several houses and I found the perfect one. She advised me about the procedure for a Whole House Inspection prior to buying, and other details that a first-time homeowner would need. She is a true professional. I do recommend her to everyone.

We met Mary Lou Summy about 6 years ago when we were looking for a home in the Collinsville area. She helped us sell the current house and found us a home that totally fit our needs. We're very happy here. So last year, when our son decided that it was time to move from E. Alton to O'Fallon to be closer to his work, who else would we call but Mary Lou? Again, she found the perfect home for him, and even graciously put up with "Mom and Dad" being involved in the search and voicing our opinions. Mary Lou was so easy to work with that we'd highly recommend her.
