The first thing we noticed about MaryLou is one of the things we love most about her. She is genuine, upfront and honest. She didn’t try to win us over with flowery promises or frilly gifts. Instead she got right to business and gave us the facts. What she didn’t know, she told us and then went and found the answer. Throughout the whole process of selling our home and trying to buy, there honestly has never been a day of the week that was too early, too late or to busy for her to respond to us, prepare contracts or answer questions. Not once has she ever tried to convince us to buy something that might make her more money or just to get the deal done. Instead just the opposite is true! She knew what we wanted and needed and would go out of her way to point out potential problems or issues with a property (instead of hide or cover them up) so we could make an educated decision. Most other realtors we’ve worked with before only focus on the pros and avoid about talking about any cons, so they can secure the deal faster.
