Mary and Caroline did an outstanding job of selling my mother's home. After 36 years of living there my mother left the house quite cluttered and in need of repairs when she moved into a nursing home. I needed people who could handle everything since I live over 600 miles away. From the start they made things very easy; they found resources to handle clean out repairs staging and permitting issues with the local government. We ended up with 100+ showings in one week and over 40 offers! Closing went very smoothly and the whole process was completed in less than three months. I couldn't recommend the team of Mary and Caroline more highly!
