Mary's patience and perseverance are exceptional in dealing with the many delays and demands that arose during our sale transaction - none of these were due to her, all came from the buyers side. Mary is the agent who handled the purchase of this house 5 years earlier where she did an equally excellent job. Our purchase then was all cash, hence a simpler transaction. But we would not have used her again for the sale had we not been fully satisfied the first time around.
