Throughout this year-long process of purchasing a home in one city and selling a home in another city, Mary kept us informed on every step. Her communication was excellent--she answered emails and phone calls promptly, reminded us of important due dates, and made herself easily available to assist us with paperwork. Mary was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Mary also coordinated the work of getting our Belmont house ready for the market. She reached out to her realty office in the Bay area, helped us with organizing inspections, house painter, floor refinisher, cleaning service, stager, etc. She scheduled appointments with potential buyers to view our home and kept us posted on the results.
