Since she is a life long resident of the area, her knowledge of the local market is spot-on which enabled her to accurately price our house, which she supported with multiple comparable sales. Mary has an extensive team of contacts that enable home sales to proceed smoothly, such as contractors for needed repairs, a crew for home clean-out and prep, contacts for estate sales, and a photographer to present the home beautifully online. Once the home was ready, Mary scheduled and advertised an open house that was well attended and resulted in an offer and home sale in a timely manner. I was extremely happy with the entire sales process and would not hesitate to use her services again.
