Once officially listed, they were available for all showings to answer any questions the potential buyers or their agents had. The housing market had softened when we listed our home but thanks to Candy and Mary, our home sold much quicker than we expected, in fact selling in one day. Their involvement did not end with a signed contract however - they made all the necessary arrangements for us to complete the closing process and even attended the closing. We have sold several homes in the past and this was by far the most comfortable we have ever felt with the sale of our home.
