There are so many scammers in the real estate industry, I thought using the agant that helped me buy my house (35 yrs. earlier) would be the way to go. Boy, was I wrong. My previous agent quoted asking price was way below the current market. She told me my house was full of mold, had to be completely gutted... better yet bulldozed completely. Her attempt to overwhelm me made me realize she was trying to get a great deal on a dynamic location by lying. I suspected she had a flipper waiting in the wings. Come to find out, she successfully pulled a similar scam causing the seller to lose thousands. After telling my tale of woe, a well meaning friend suggested I try selling the house without a realtor, but their "interested party" offered even less than the scamming flipper .I began again with a new realtor-ReMax. That's when I met Toni and Mary. Everyone should be as lucky as I to have such honest, decent, dynamtic, and caring agents on their team. I sold for top dollar (hundreds of thousands of dollars more then either the scammer or well meaning friend had quoted) and set a new record for the neighborhood. Aside from that they turned the selling process completely around. They made it a pleasure.
