Mary Kay promptly relayed our questions to the buyers agent so that we had quick resolutions. She was well prepared with market analysis reports for other homes in the area with comparable sized properties.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mary Kay Dykes, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. It was quite clear to me how knowledgeable she is even from our very first meeting—not just about the market, but about what truly makes a house a home. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and guided me with honesty, patience, and deep insight every step of the way. What really stood out to me was her kindness and genuine care. She wasn’t just trying to make a sale—she was invested in helping me find a space I would love. Her attention to detail, constant communication, and tireless work ethic made the whole process smooth and even enjoyable. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner. Thanks to her, I found the perfect home, and I’m so incredibly grateful.
