She helped us find a home with the location, number of rooms, and a pool that we wanted in our price range. She listened as we walked through homes to hear what was really important to us and our growing family. While negotiating our home price, she was honest and quick with communicating the progress and next steps. Mary Kate Tomek met us around our work schedules to complete the inspections, paperwork and exchange of deposits. She was so personable and trustworthy. It was a great first home buying experience.
