When she came to walk through the house before listing it, she already had a booklet prepared of recent sales in the area as well as all the paperwork that would need to be completed to place the house on the market. She kept us informed about scheduled showings and received offers. She helped us navigate the negotiations after the house inspection and appraisal. Mary was patient and helped us look for 2 yrs and checked up on us to see how things were going even recommended and great mortgage company . !!! She helped us look at many houses to narrow done the right one and gave her opinion if the the value was there , she would schedule us showing at a moments notice and she calls right back if you call her no waiting until it’s too late .Mary jo is very knowledgeable in the south east Michigan area since she grew up there and know a lot of history about the area which was very helpful as well
