My goal is to provide a service which is Above and Beyond what is expected of me for each of my clients. Cammarota Real Estate was established in 1957 by Rudolph Cammarota. We have maintained a business and reputation in the area based on our integrity and client care. My years of experience have afforded me the ability to have a vast knowledge in many markets throughout NJ. Whether a client is a first time buyer, a seller or investor, I make sure there is a clear understanding each step of the process. My strong negotiation skills and pairing with some of the best preferred partners ensure an easy journey to the closing table.

MaryJo listed and priced my house appropriately based on the comps and market conditions. MaryJo actively marketed my house and was very responsive to my requests and phone calls. She worked well with other realtors showing the house and requested feedback after their visits. House was sold in a reasonably quick fashion and at a price that was fair and of course I was happy with.

I've worked with MaryJo many times over 10 years and always have a great experience! She recently helped me sell my last condo with all my furniture so I could move to Florida very easily. I will definitely be using her in the future!
