Mary Jean provided a great experience from start to finish throughout our home looking process. We had specifications that we wanted in a home and she went above and beyond to make sure they were addressed and also provided outside of the box ideas when questions arose. We would definitely recommend Mary Jean to others and will be using her again very shortly to sell our other home.
We were moving into the area from out of state and friends recommended Mary Jean and we feel very fortunate we took their advice. She was immediately able to start providing us potential homes and was totally in tune with our expectations. Her experience and deep knowledge of the area really helped us navigate the ups and downs of the process throughout. Mary Jean was also friendly and professional and so easy to work with. She was highly responsive and communicated updates with us no matter the time of day or what her own schedule had going on. In addition, she truly went above and beyond our expectations working tirelessly to be sure our interests were protected throughout the home buying process. No matter what arose, she remained calm and focused with her eye on the goal of making sure we were completely happy with the end result of our home purchase. She really provided us peace of mind knowing that even though we were out of state, we had her on our team and all would end well. And it did. I highly recommend Mary Jean and her knowledge and excellent customer service to other home buyers.
Excellent communication, real-estate knowledge and great at promoting the property.
Mary Jean had detailed, researched information about every home she took me to, and was able to tell me things I hadn’t even thought to ask about. She showed me many options which made it easy to figure out what I wanted in a new home. She was always cheerful and professional, and patient as well. She is a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend her to others.
We have used Mary Jean for several real estate transactions in the past few years. She is excellent in her knowledge of real estate and is very attentive.
As a first time home buyer I felt the support I needed from the beginning to end. MJ was amazing through my entire process, very patient in explaining every step and keeping me on track. I simply loved working with Mary Jean and I’m sure we will do business again in future.
