I highly recommend MJ Lattig to anyone looking to purchase a home in SW Florida. Our primary residence is in the Midwest and we were looking for a 2nd home in FL. The entire process was managed remotely by MJ via e-mail and phone calls. Once we found a home we liked, MJ visited the property to do a video walk through for us.
