I must say that we had an amazing experience and journey working with Mary Jane. It started off with a casual chat at our home. We felt great about her visit as an agent. She was professional and friendly and was upfront and clear about how she would plan the sale of our house and purchasing the other. We were confident with her abilities to match our requirements. Mary Jane was very patient with us as we weaved in and out of our decision to sell due to market conditions. She helped us with filtering out properties that did not meet our criteria and she pre-screened and inspected them herself before she got it to us. We did not have to worry about anything. She delivered much more than what we had expected. She was available anytime when we had questions or doubts about any of the steps in the process. Even the selling was smooth as every task was right on time, well prepped, meticulously planned to get it to a presentable condition for staging. Where do I start? All i can say is that our family had such an amazing experience with VIP REALTY GROUP especially with our agent Mary Jane and her team. When we found our dream home online, we immediately texted her to see if she could show us the house, and very quickly she was able to privately tour us (before the open house) and we fell in love with it and decided to go ahead and make an offer and also sell our house with her team. She made everything so smooth, from making our house prepared for Open House to assisting us with making an offer on our dream home.
