Mary Jane was our buyer's agent when we bought this house in 2013. I did not get to actually meet her until I flew out to close on house. I do remember her being always available for questions and concerns and she provided all the information we needed to make our decision. The house needed to be sold in 2022, due to divorce, so we elected to use her again as the seller's agent. She met with me numerous times to discuss the market and provide insights into how to price house. In the end house sold over asking which was not uncommon but definitely was not expected. She had a very nice picture and video portfolio created that showed off house well. I believe this contributed to home selling so quickly. Mary Jane is always accessible.
