To Whom It May Concern, Mary Jane Dunlop will go the distance. She spent about 8 months looking for a house with us. We looked at scores of houses over that period. We had to drive 2+ hours to get to the Berkshires, when we arrived we hit the ground running. Time was precious; MJ had all the appointments well coordinated, with even a time slot for a cup of coffee or a sandwich. After a winter of looking she helped us find our home. The sellers were both across the country and out of the country. This was a co-brokered deal and the negotiations were difficult at best. We are convinced that without MJ’s diligence and fortitude we would have never found and bought our home, she stayed on this continuously without missing a beat.
