Made our home buying experience easy and seamless. Handled everything from video walk-throughs to offer and closing. Then helped us with lawn and pool care, utility setup, inspections. literally everything. she returned calls and texts quickly, and even at late hours. when it came to closing, all we had to do was sign the documents and move in. Just a quick story. We put an offer in on one home and later that day was talking with an acquaintance who worked for the county who told her there was an open notice of a potential sink hole on that property that owner hadn't responded to and wasn't on the disclosure. She withdrew our offer before even letting us know. she called us the next morning! Literally save our butts! Ended up getting a better house in a better neighborhood!
