Sold our house quickly and for the price we wanted

Mary was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on staging my home for a quick sale. The one thing I was not happy about was that I wanted to put the house on the market in January and Mary insisted we put it on before the Christmas holidays. And, of course, we had no "bites" until after the first of the year.
