Mary was fantastic. Some people say you don't need a realtor when purchasing a new construction but I almost think you need one more. She was able to iron out all the details and answer all of our questions (there were a lot with this being our first home purchase). She has no problem speaking up about issues she sees with the home as it's being built. Will continue to use her for future selling/buying.
