Very patient and knowledgable

Mary stuck with us over a period of about 3 years as we began our search to downsize. We looked at MANY places, as Mary willingly and patiently showed us many units that were acceptable, but didn't "grab" us. Once we finally found a place with just the right amenities inside the unit, we pounced on it, and Mary brought the sale to a successful close. She was very proficient at communicating with the seller's agent, and readily resolved a few issues that needed attention. I highly recommend Mary, based on our firsthand positive experience.
