Her communication was awesome, she took the time to make sure I understood the process, and she knows the market. An added bonus was that she valued my home at $25k above the other agency’s top end, and it appraised immediately. During the process she made sure that we got the house ready for appraisal, coordinated repairs, and handled negotiations with the buyer. All in all, a great experience.

MARY GRIFFIN is the best real estate agent out there! She gave us more than we anticipated. Being new to Fort Bragg, my husband and I were very skeptical about the area. We didn't know a lot about the housing market. Mary is VERY knowledgeable about the market, military and customer's needs. Mary was able to show us around, showing us multiple price ranges until we found the home of our dreams. Once we found our home she was there through every process, EVERY STEP, every inspection and she was there at some inspections when we couldnt be.
