Mary was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. No matter what time of the day, or day of the week, Mary communicated updates and was ready to answer any of my many questions. Mary did an amazing amount of information gathering in the process of eliminating any potential hidden problems and requesting documentation from the other parties. She was also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Mary was patient and found a solution. I’ve already recommended Mary to a good friend of mine.
