Mary Golding

If I could give Mary 10 stars I would do it without reservation. I was looking to purchase my first house and the process is overwhelming anywhere, but truly daunting since I was looking at beach areas in a tight inventory market. She worked tirelessly through a difficult negation. She kept me calm and positive and she was always encouraging saying, "if we don't get this one, we will find a better one. We will find you the right property!" And she was a phenomenal negotiator when I did find my perfect property. She worked through numerous hurtles, always with a positive attitude. I think Mary exemplifies what you want in a real estate agent. She is supremely professional and a truly class act. I feel so blessed that she represented my husband and myself.

Having bought and sold over a dozen houses around the country, Mary is by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. I rarely recommend people to my professional network, Mary is one of the very few exceptions.
