Mary was referred to me by my mom. She helped my mom find her forever home in 2019. I was 8 months pregnant and in search of purchasing our first home for my soon-to-be family of 4. I contacted Mary and she responded right away. She took her time by asking very important questions about what we were for in a house. She wanted to make sure we found a house that we loved. When we found the perfect house she got right on it. On Valentine’s Day, she gave us a tour of the house. During the tour, I got to know Mary a bit more. She’s an amazing agent and truly cares for her customers. She answered all of my questions and she made sure I understood the process of purchasing a house. We talked about what we thought about the house and if we wanted to place an offer. I was very happy with the house and felt like this house was the one. That same day she helped up write up an offer. Throughout the whole process, she was very helpful and kept us updated. She was available when we had more questions. Fast forward to today we closed on the house. We are very happy with our home. If I could rate Mary’s service with more stars I would.

Mary is an absolute joy to work with. She's smart and gets business taken care of. She's not pushy or bossy, but kindly gives you options to consider. I happened to find our house before I had financing because the house right next to my husband's brother came up for sale which we never thought would happen. So we made an offer on the house and started the finance process. We kept it top secret to surprise our family next door. Mary was so much help in keeping our secret. She even helped us plan and execute a surprise reveal to our next door neighbors, our family lol. That was so much fun! Our particular purchase seemed endless as the underwriter moved at a glacial pace, but Mary kept everyone moving forward and found people to finish it up. Her communication was excellent and she always was there to answer questions. In the end, it was a joyous day when she gave us the keys, and waited to help us play an epic prank on my family.
