Mary did a wonderful job. She listened to my needs and found a house that met those needs. At closing, I was particularly impressed with the way Mary reviewed the closing statement. She found the insurance required by the HOA basically duplicated some of my homeowners insurance. After explaining it to my insurance agent, my agent will rewrite the policy at a lower rate. Also, her interest did not terminate after the sale as she provided me with contacts to assist in my remodeling.
