The house needed updates but Mary Jo assured us that there were people out there that buy houses in the condition that his house was in, fix them up and resell. Property in Maumee is a premium and I was very pleased with the price Mary Jo helped us get on the sale. The process went very quick. Mary Jo was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we understood what was going on and what we needed to do to ready the house for sale. She arranged the closing and was there with us to make sure everything was handled efficiently. I would definitely recommend Mary Jo to anyone selling a home.
