Mary helped the reviewer sell this property

Realtor Consierge - above Excellence !!!

From selling our previous home to settling into our brand-new one, working with the Mary & Ryan Fick was nothing short of exceptional. Our home sold in just 45 days, and before we knew it, we were moving into our new place—something we couldn’t have imagined happening so smoothly. Mary and Ryan Fick made us feel completely cared for from start to finish. Ryan’s legal expertise gave us total peace of mind, knowing every detail was handled correctly and that we were protected at every step. His communication and thoroughness kept the entire process worry-free. Mary’s deep experience in both real estate and new-home construction was equally invaluable. She made sure everything was structurally sound and dealt with the inspector and general contractor on repairs. Her attention to detail and industry knowledge made all the difference. We truly can’t say enough good things about the Fick Team. They’re professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in their clients. We felt supported every step of the way and are incredibly grateful for the seamless journey they provided.
