Ms Mary was a wonderful and caring agent who was always looking out for our family’s interests in a very difficult market for buyers. She was always willing to work with our busy schedule, and would often go look at new properties during the day to see if they would fit our needs, saving us time from looking at homes that weren’t what we were looking for. She helped us write a winning offer that wasn’t the highest or best. She was an advocate for us, and was able to successfully challenge an appraisal that increased our appraisal by $27,000!
