Mary was very great to work with on the sale of my parents home. Her communications were prompt and clear. She provided a list of individuals, should you need any special services getting your house ready to sell. We used several of her references for things we needed accomplished, especially since we live in MN and couldn’t physically be there much. Her home stager did an excellent job! We did most of the work required. We were able to contact seller and work out deal. Underlings came out but not dressed to walk the land. Turn out the area is in elk management. They did not know. Added bonus tho!Great communication to check in. Was told the wrong ernest money amount but young team is learning. No keys for closing. Buyer came and signed early. Over all good experience. Continued requests for review. Now done We were given information on who to call i.e. power company, construction service which was helpful
