Our home search and purchase was mostly routine until the very end when something happened that could have, no would have, delayed the whole process and created a chain reaction of additional delays. Mary swung into action to develop a work around which would have resulted in no delay at all. Luckily, in the 11th hour, the schedule recovered and everything stayed on track and fell into place. The whole process went pretty fast and we sold for more than we could have expected, so that part was good. But there seemed to be a lack of communication between us, the realtors office and the title company. We initially thought it might have been a holdup on the part of the buyers, but turns out they had the same problem we had, no communication. We were extremely disappointed in the title company, couldn't get any answers unless we had Mary contact them. They couldn't have screwed up our and the buyers closings anymore if they had tried. If I were Elite Realty, I would find a different title company and a different sign company. Fast signs planted the for sale sign, and then every time the wind blew, there clips straightened out and the signs fell to the ground. After the third time I threw there clips in the garbage and put electrical tye wraps on and had no further issues.
We found Mary very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about her business. I will call on her for any future real-estate business that I have.
She was very helpful and also have a great team that was very fast to answering the phone and being very clear to getting information across I was very happy with all she has done for me . hopefully soon I'll be buying another and working with her on a next adventure in the future.

We were just beginning to look and considering the sale of our home. After everything, I think we worked with Mary for 3-4 months from our first showing to closing.
