My husband and I contacted Mary Kruszon to sell two pieces of property in NC that both had issues due to the lack of infrastructure in the development. We started this process in January 2023, and did not expect to sell them this year. Mary was extremely patient and explained all the information we needed to know in order to sell both properties. She was extremely diligent in keeping us informed of our progress as well as informing us on what the going rates of land in our development was; and how many of them were on the market; and how many sold. To our surprise, we were made an offer for both properties at the end of October and closed November 13, 2023.
