Buying or selling a home is a big decision — and the right agent makes all the difference. I help my clients move forward with confidence by combining experience, strategy, and a process designed to remove stress instead of add to it. What you can expect when working with me.
For Sellers:
My goal is to help you sell for the highest price possible while working within your timeline. I don’t just put a sign in the yard — I position your home to stand out. You’ll receive:
Professional staging
Premium photography & cinematic video
Enhanced online positioning designed to increase traffic and showings
Strong negotiation to protect your equity
A trusted network of vendors and resources to simplify preparation
I handle the details so you don’t have to — making the process organized and low-stress.
For Buyers:
Whether it’s your first home or your fifth, you’ll have an advocate who helps you make confident decisions. I guide you through the market, negotiate on your behalf, and keep you informed every step of the way so there are no surprises at closing.
Choosing a real estate agent isn’t just about finding someone who can unlock doors — it’s about trusting someone to protect your money, your time, and your peace of mind. Who you hire matters.
Experience You Can Rely On:
With over 30 years in sales and customer service and 20 years in marketing, I understand how people think, how homes sell, and how to create leverage in negotiations. My clients benefit from a strategy built around results — not guesswork.
Education & Expertise:
I hold an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). This background gives me a strong understanding of pricing, contracts, and the financial side of real estate, allowing me to guide you with clarity and accuracy throughout the transaction.
About Me:
I’m a proud military spouse of a retired 22-year veteran. In 2012 our family relocated from Ohio to Midlothian, where my daughter entered Midlothian ISD in 5th grade and later graduated from Tarleton State University with her Bachelor’s in Nursing. She is now a registered nurse — officially making us empty nesters.
Building relationships comes naturally to me, and that’s exactly how I approach real estate — people first, transaction second. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, I’d love to help you plan your next step.
