We were "buyers" and had a fantastic experience with Mary-Ellen. During negotiations she was very fair and very helpful since the property we were interested in was one where she represented the "seller" as well. She is so very helpful every step of the way. She helped us with things not even related to our purchase, such as moving, finding us help to unload our moving truck, where to find certain offices in the area, etc. She gets the job done and goes the extra mile and then some. She is very upbeat and is really interested in helping her customers all along the way...and she does it fairly and honestly whether you are the buyer or the seller.
