We contacted the Poggemann Team and told them what type of house and what type of neighborhood we were looking for. They were right on in finding us houses to look at that matched our description. They were very patient and drove us around for several days looking at homes in different neighborhoods. They were very good at negotiating our deal once we found the home we wanted to purchase. They were never pushy and were always well informed on the HOA rules. We couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely recommend them.
