If you want a realtor that holds your best interests in the highest regard, Mary Ellen is your realtor. My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and had no idea where to start. She met with us an explained the process to us in easy-to-understand terms and gave us time to get our ducks in a row before moving forward. Something that was particularly helpful for us was her general knowledge about homes, how they are built, maintained, and things to look for. It was like having a Home-Inspector/Realtor combo. Availability was never an issue for her, despite us searching in an area that was typically a 45+ drive for her. She even drew up an offer for us while she was on vacation! We ended up buying our house for less than we anticipated and we have her negotiation skills to thank for that. We could not be happier with our experience.
