Throughout the process Mary not only kept us informed as to what was happening with the transaction, but also what other details were coming up that we needed to prepare for. Despite the many opportunities along the way for things to bog down or get delayed Mary kept the ball rolling and kept us informed. The closing was almost "too easy"...things just went right!
