Mary is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We were first-time home buyers and she guided us through the whole process with patience, kindness, and enthusiasm. She always responded to our texts/calls/emails very quickly. We never felt pressure from her, and she was very balanced when giving her opinion of houses--the pros and also the cons for our particular needs. She is very well-connected and was able to show us some places before they hit the MLS and, once we found a place, was able to recommend some great vendors for things like roofing, carpet cleaning, etc. She handled the negotiation of our home purchase really well, and was able to get us everything we wanted from the sellers. We looked with Mary for about 8 months before we found our home, and in that time she always remained positive and patient about the search and was always ready for a showing when we were interested in a place. She is very easy to talk to and I always felt comfortable with her. I have already recommended Mary to someone, and I will continue to refer friends and family to her in the future.
