As a first time home buyer this process seemed very daunting and it was tough on our own. We went through a couple different realtors that didn't explain much to us about the home buying process and we had other homes snipped out from under us after placing a bid. Mary Dotson listen to us and understood our urgency in finding a home that suited our needs. Mary made things very quick and easy for us with no hassle or redirection to a home we were not interested in. We were very blessed to have come across her in our search for our first home. Mary and and our family don't really know each other besides helping us get the home we wanted in our price range but she has made new friends with our family. I would highly recommend Mary Dotson as the realtor you want in your corner as a first time home buyer and should we ever sell or buy another home we will want her as our realtor.
