It's been ages since I sold a house; I was nervous about how the process would go. Making things more complicated was the fact that I would be away a significant part of the time things were happening. Mary walked me through the process and assured me she would take care of things while I was away. After she explained things I went ahead with my plans - she took care of everything she agreed to (more things than I realized). She advised me on how to initially price my home and advised me how to navigate price negotiations. She listened to my input and when I felt strongly she helped me implement things I wanted.
