Mary was very knowledgeable of the builders in the areas that we were looking. Was very helpful on any questions I had and always available even when she didn’t need to be. She can help you get what you want without being pressured.
Mary knew what would fit our needs and quickly made us aware of the available property. After our winning bid, she met us and various vendors multiple times to allow his to begin measurements, further planning, and just to be sure of our anticipated changes once we got possession. We are very grateful for her involvement and professionalism during the purchase process.
Mary did s super job before, during, and after the sale! Very helpful in prepping the house for sale—making recommendations and helping to find the right vendors. Was very helpful in establish a price and breaking down costs. Mary was always pleasant and appreciated her helping me to stay on track (I lived about 7 hours away from the house being sold). I heartily recommend her.
Mary was perfect from start to finish. Quick to respond when questions were presented to her just an all around pleasant experience Thank you
