Mary DePaola

Mary took on an extremely arduous, complicated transaction to help us through a short sale. She worked doggedly for over two years to work with the bank and after 3 contracts that the bank dropped the ball on, finally prevailed in engineering a closing last week. She is the consumate professional who somehow kept her cool and savy when everyone else on both sides of the deal was ready to give up. I could go on chapter and verse about Mary, her tenacity, her negotiation skills and her effectiveness but it is easier to describe her in one word - AWESOME!
