Mary Dean is the sweetest, kindest, most knowledgeable, well connected realtor we have ever met. We first met Mary Dean when we were looking at a house and our realtor was late. She showed us the house explaining all it's features, the area, what could be done. It was like she lived in the house herself. Her whole demeanor is what really resonated with us. When we started looking at houses again, we decided to we wanted to work with Mary Dean and I wrote her an email to see if she was taking any new clients. She took us right in and couldn't believe she made such an impression. She should know that her presence is unforgettable in such a good way. Mary Dean stuck with us for over a year and a half to help us find our perfect home on order to sell the one we had. She worked through some difficult situations and was able to get us in touch with the best people. She eventually found us our perfect place and within that same week sold the house we were in. During this time I was 9 months pregnant and she made the process seamless. She came for the inspections ( watching our cats) while we were at work. She made everything ready to sign before my due date. I can't recommend her enough. She really was our wonder woman. She made things happen, she was always looking, she has such good contacts. She gives back to the community. She even made my son crochet hats and donated a few to the NICU in his name. You won't find anyone else like her. She is amazing.
