Mary Davenport

Mary Davenport is an absolute delight to deal with. She’s very polite, and has a little spunk so she can handle any and every situation thrown her way. My wife and I have used her with the purchase of our first home back in 2011, the purchase of our forever home in 2020 and to sell our first home, in 2020. I had such a great experience with her in 2011 that I kept in touch with her throughout all these years and it was a no brainer that we’d use her again. Mary has been there for us to guide us along finding our first home and our forever home. She’s never trying to make a sale that she believes wouldn’t suit our goals to get a larger sale. She always has our best interest at hand and knows all the little tricks of the trade to make deals happen, but selling and buying. Over the past 9 years Mary has become part of the family. While my wife and I truly believe this is our forever home. Mary will continue to be part of our lives because she’s truly become a friend. It’s rare these days for other people to have your best interest at heart. Mary is one of a kind and I personally and highly recommend her.
