Mary was exactly the person I needed to make this deal go through. When I was out of town and wasn't able to make it to the open house, she met up with my parents and went on my behalf. She was able to get into the open house an hour early, and she video called me to let me know that "This could be the one!". We had an offer on the table by that afternoon, and I started moving in the day we closed.
