Mary was our real estate agent when we sold our home. We have been extremely happy and satisfied with Mary’s excellent real estate expertise. She has risen above and beyond what a real estate agent should be expected to do in a number of ways. She has staged our home so that it showed in a much better light than it would have otherwise. Our home sold in five days. Our open house was on August 4th and we had a signed contract on August 9th. We had an old dog plus two younger dogs. Mary would go over and make sure that our older dog had not had any accidents - and actually clean up if he did, take care of all three dogs while the house was being showed, and make sure they were safe while my husband and I were working. Her write up of my home along with fabulous pictures brought a buyer who purchased my home from just looking at the pictures online. He hadn't walked into the house until after closing. Mary Crowe is a great agent who really goes above and beyond for the client. The closing on the house I was selling was delayed several time. I had already moved out and turned over the keys to the house, Mary went over to the house every day to check on the house and make sure everything was okay until the keys were turned over to the new owner. She is also very knowledgeable about the area having lived in the area for many years.
