Working with Mary was my best experience ever with a realtor.
Mary diligently researched the market in my area and priced my house perfectly. She always made appointments that worked well with my schedule, was always there ahead of prospective buyers to make sure the house was in order. Mary also had safety in mind when showing the house in person, making sure everyone wore masks and then cleaning all touched surfaces afterward. She also showed by video when requested. She went beyond and above what most realtors would do to answer all questions, to give tips on making the house more appealing to buyers, and helping us work out all challenges with the buyers. I would advise using Mary and her many skills if you want to have a great experience selling your home.
